1.
When you book
your holiday in our caravan a £100 deposit is required. This secures your booking and this should reach me within 7 days.
This deposit, if holiday is cancelled is non-refundable. Caravan is available from 4.00pm on arrival and departure from caravan
no later than 10.00am.
2.
On receiving your deposit I
will forward a deposit confirmation letter and terms and conditions, this will confirm your reservation and show the remaining
balance to be paid 6 weeks before your holiday start date. A due date for this payment will be shown, however, no further
reminder will be sent. Should your payment not reach me by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the caravan. For special
events and short notice breaks the full payment must be sent to me within 7 days.
3.
An additional £50 refundable
holding deposit is added to the holiday price, this is refunded after your holiday as long as the caravan has been left clean
and tidy and there are no breakages or damage caused during your stay. Any damage caused to the caravan and the £50 will be
kept towards the costs.
4.
Sorry we do not allow pets,
and STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN THE CARAVAN. Your £50 refundable holding deposit will not be refunded and will pay for the caravan
to be aired and cleaned by our cleaner.
5.
No all male or female parties
accepted. No bookings will be accepted for young parties consisting of all male or all female parties. The hirer or lead person
must be at least 21 years of age and at least 25 years of age when booking an adult only break.
6.
If in the opinion of the site
manager, any party is guilty of unreasonable conduct which causes a nuisance to other park guests, the owner or site manager
may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately without compensation to the party.
7.
The accommodation shall be
used only by persons listed on the booking form unless alteration has been given by the owners, any breach of this condition
shall entitle the owners to terminate the booking with no refund. The caravan is for 8 people only, due to insurance purposes
anymore people that are not listed on the booking form will be breaking the rules.
8.
The lead person will be responsible
for all members of there party. Please ensure that no items provided in the caravan are not removed during or after your stay.
You are responsible for all contents in the caravan during your stay any breakages or damage to the furniture, fixtures, fittings,
inventory or caravan must be paid for by the lead person, or replacements can be purchased. Please ensure that the caravan
is left clean, tidy and ready for the next occupants.
9.
Miss Cooper does not accept
liability for any personal injury, loss or damage which may be sustained by the people in the party or there property during
your holiday. Our guests MUST vacate the caravan by 10am unless special arrangements have been made with ourselves.
10.
Cheques should be made payable
to Samantha Cooper.
