Our privately owned as new, fully heated, 8 berth static caravan is sited at Butlins in the Sandhills area of the park.
The caravan has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin, one of which has bunk beds which is ideally suited for children. All bedrooms are supplied with duvets and pillows and come with protective pillow and mattess covers and each have ample hanging and storage etc. There is also a double fold out sofabed in the lounge area.
The lounge area has a comfortable seating area, a fitted coal effect gas fire, colour television, DVD player with DVD's for the children to watch, Freeview with up to 30 channels, a CD micro system with radio and a dining area with table and seating.
The kitchen area comes fully equipped with a full gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and all the usual kitchen utensills including crockery, knives, forks etc. There is also a fire extinguisher and smoke alarm as well as an ironing board, electric steam iron and vacuum cleaner.
The modern white bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin and electric panel wall heater.
We have also recently had a patio area laid with seating area and also there is ample car parking to the side of the caravan for your convenience.
